Get a quote for cost before asking any questions. Got hit with $650 bill for two short conversations with the owner. He said he charged me for his time researching the questions. Be careful with what you ask without a clear understanding of charges.
I hired the Stapleton Group when I started my own small business back in 2001. Bob was a great guy, really down to earth. The IRS was constantly picking on me and always wrong. Bob said "It's normal, don't let them bother you, I will protect you!" and he always did. I was very comfortable with his services. I have referred him to others over the years!
We drop taxes off January 25th 2018. We get a call on April 13th telling us we need to pay $3,000 to get an extension on our taxes. I called the owner Robert Stapleton and he did not let me ask a question and then hung up on me and told me to take my business elsewhere. You can go here if you want to that's up to you. On top of that we paid over $1,000 last year for two tax returns when one of them was on an EZ form
