This company is the best! I am on my second standing chair from them, the first lasted 7-8 years. I have had my new chair almost a year now and a small part gave way. Not only did Dawn in the office remember me but Nick in production remembered me as well. The part I need will be mailed to me today, no charge, only helpful questions asked.
