A deeply disappointing experience—truly upsetting. While the spa facility itself was visually appealing, the experience was anything but. Guests are given flimsy, low-quality flip-flops that are unsafe on wet surfaces. Mine broke as I walked across a slick floor after a pedicure, causing me to slip and fall on a puddle that had been left unattended. I was injured and had to go to the emergency room. My sister and I came in for an Immersive Relaxation body treatment and Orlando was amazing. Unfortunately we were told we did not have access to the pool and beach after. The spa only has a steam and sauna besides the hot tub, so there’s not much amenities to do after your treatment to further relax. I would’ve liked an outdoor seating area to lounge after. There’s only a waiting room inside where you can wait for your appointment.
Julian was a great help at the beach and made our stay at the resort very comfortable!
