The massage itself was great, but paying $700 and not getting access to the beach or pool is disappointing. Every other luxury spa I’ve visited has included those amenities with a spa day. After the massage, there was really nothing to do besides use the sauna, steam room, and shower. Had I known beach and pool access weren’t included, I would have booked somewhere else. I really enjoyed the massage experience, and the spa staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was great until the very end. My guest and I accidentally exited on the basement level. Once we realized we were on the wrong floor, we tried to go back through the door so we could return to the elevator and get to valet on the correct level.
