Vanessa was a fantastic masusse who helped me stretch and undo my knots after my half marathon run. The spa facilities itself represent a 3 star experience with disappointing sauna temperatures and a plastic water pitcher which is concerning in hot temperatures. The shower heads need an upgrade to really shine the 5 star property. I did enjoy the herbal teas and small fruit selection. The front desk was not prepared to really manage my feedback and offer solutions to my concerns.

A deeply disappointing experience—truly upsetting. While the spa facility itself was visually appealing, the experience was anything but. Guests are given flimsy, low-quality flip-flops that are unsafe on wet surfaces. Mine broke as I walked across a slick floor after a pedicure, causing me to slip and fall on a puddle that had been left unattended. I was injured and had to go to the emergency room.
