My sister and I came in for an Immersive Relaxation body treatment and Orlando was amazing. Unfortunately we were told we did not have access to the pool and beach after. The spa only has a steam and sauna besides the hot tub, so there’s not much amenities to do after your treatment to further relax. I would’ve liked an outdoor seating area to lounge after. There’s only a waiting room inside where you can wait for your appointment.
Julian was a great help at the beach and made our stay at the resort very comfortable!
Had 2 facials while there and they were 10/10
