This community is a great community! The staff is friendly and very attentive to the residents . Nurse Erica is always available and professional . Easy to talk with and very receptive to staff, residents and guests. I always enjoy visiting as it is clean, friendly and the residents are happy.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The facility is well-maintained, with a strong focus on cleanliness and comfort.
We had to move my father to The Springs of Austin on sudden notice. Everyone was helpful and kind. The facility feels more like a home than a facility. The living room areas are bright and cheerful. Everything is super clean. I felt relief that this where my father was moved to. I highly recommend this place as an option for your loved one.
When my mom's illness left her unable to care for herself at home, I needed to find a place where she could be safe, secure and comfortable, with staff aroiund 24-7. I was so fortunate to find the Springs of Austin. After a day at a sub-standard facility, I brought my mom to the Springs and it was a great experience considering the circumstances.
