I've been coming here for a couple of years now. It's great that they offer Yoga Teacher Training! The yoga studio itself is nice and big so you never feel crowded in class and they have plenty of mats/blocks/bolsters/blankets to borrow, free of charge! It's a small family business, and numerous members of the family can be found working at different times. There is a bakery right next door so it always smells good when you leave! They are also one of the few studios around that offers Aerial Yoga which is super fun.
I absolutely LOVE The Spring Yoga and Wellness Center. The yoga studio is a clean, beautiful and spacious room with lots of natural sunlight streaming in the many windows. I've taken classes at other yoga studios in Olney and Rockville over the years and The Spring is my favorite, no contest! The practice space is a large, airy space with lots of windows and a wooden floor that always smells fresh and clean. The teachers not only totally know yoga, but are all likeable and easy to talk to. There are classes on all levels (including "flying yoga"!) and an attractive discount for new students. I started going to the Spring Yoga and Wellness center in March 2017. The Spring studio is a lovely space to practice yoga. It's a safe haven for physical, emotional and spiritual healing and well being. They have a diverse group of instructors and classes that they offer for all levels. Since I have been going to yoga, about 3-4 days per week, my body feels so much better.
