I’ve been coming for the last couple of months working with PT Mark and he has been super helpful in getting my body back to baseline if not stronger. I’ve specifically worked on my ankle, knee and shoulder with him and felt significant change in all aspects.
I came to The Spot after a friend recommended it and I'm so thankful I did! I had fractured my elbow and was quite worried because it had gotten very stiff after being in a cast for 6 weeks. Jason was so great and he helped me to regain my range of motion and my strength in that arm. He even helped me get some of my hyperextension back! Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and patient and I'm so grateful for his help! I've already been recommending him to my family and friends :)
