Jacky’s tough food blog team and entourage took a trip the beautiful Ameristar casino in Blackhawk to obtain some generational wealth. Sanchez went nuclear on the slots and in the 2nd floor bathroom. I ate the nom nom smash burger with a side of cheesy tots. Overall for $18 the flavor profiles were pretty wetted even though it looked microwaved. Good harmonized onions and super dank tots. This is a solid 4.1/10 and a good refuel to winning your house and family back at the casino. One spin away!
Sunday at the Ameristar Sportsbook during football season is a lot of fun. One big 24' screen in the middle with two smaller screens on each side gives you at least 6 games simultaneously. If you're at the bar in the back there are 6 smaller screens. I wanted to watch Nascar one Sunday and they put it on a screen behind the bar. There are lounge chairs, rail seats, bar seats and on the side are high tables for up to 6 people.
