I bought my bike and child's seat and I'm very satisfied with the advice that I received.
They are friendly, but I wouldn't recommend. Just moved here from Phoenix and needed some warranty work on my Turbo SL eMTN bike. They wouldn't service it since I did not purchase from them. Strange policy. I'll take all of my bikes somewhere else.

These guys are fantastic. They never tried to upsell me or get me to buy stuff I don't need. They take the time to listen and I'm really happy to have stumbled in here last year. I got a new bike, some simple equipment, some simple maintenance, great follow up after my purchase, and John was a breeze to work with when I needed to ship my bike across country. The best in the area - many thanks!
