Cate has completely changed my life. I was dealing with chronic daily pain from a curve in my lower spine. I have not had much success with the quick in and out of chiropractic adjustments but Cate’s holistic and gentle approach, helps to sustain adjustments and keep things where they should be. I have been so happy with her and just started taking my teenager as well.
Cate’s wealth of experience and talent as a bodyworker was evident as soon as I stepped into her office. Her intake and assessment are thorough and detailed, and she considered aspects of my life — diet, mental and emotional wellbeing, general and specific goals, etc. — that informed a complete context for my session. I have a great respect for practitioners who consider the whole individual in front of them. Cate is deeply involved in her community, and anyone who enters her office is treated as a friend.
I have been working with Cate for only a short time, but I can already say she has significantly reduced my daily pain. She has also educated me on why I am experiencing it and ways I can continue to help my body on my own. I am so grateful I was referred to her + would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a more joyful, pain-free life.
