I attended Alex's clinic with chronic shoulder pain, which I'd assumed to be a rotator cuff injury. Alex promptly diagnosed a frozen shoulder and commenced treatment, which included exercises to complete at home. Alex answered all my questions and was very thorough in explaining the nature of the pain I was experiencing. I went to see Alex at the Spine & Sports Injury Clinic with pains in my leg and foot. This happened during my training for the Brighton Marathon. I had already had three weeks off from training and was due to start the longer runs. Needless to say I was way behind where I wanted to be. With the help of Alex I managed to catch up with my mileage , pain free, and completed the marathon with no discomfort other than what comes naturally when running a marathon. This was the first time I attended Alex’s clinic. When I contacted him by recommendation he kindly sent me exercises to do until I was able to get an appointment. At my appointment he was very clear in his explanation what was happening to my back and what procedures he was making. Since then and continuing my exercises my back has got stronger. I would recommend Alex.
