I hired this law firm. I was told by the senior attorney Louise Ryder that I had a discrimination case. Well I didn't. They charged me 4,000 and I never received anything from them. I ended up filing a fee arbitration with the Virginia State bar. Please stay away from this law firm and Louise Ryder
I would definitely would not recommend using this law firm! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!! We were bill almost $40,000 for a demand letter and to file with the EEOC which we could have been represented for free and were not notified of. We were give a new lawyer to the firm that didn’t respond, when asking for help about being harassed at work, what to do, bad advise from said lawyer, he did not respond to opposing council that hurt my case (this was stated in an email from opposing council), and then he was fired.... read more
I would not recommend spiggle to anyone. After dealing with an employer the was dishonest and knowingly did not pay my salary for over a month, Spiggle told me I had a great case and they could help. After way to many calls with non-lawyers, in that first meeting with a lawyer I was told the best option would be to write a demand letter asking for the full amount owed to me, plus interest, damages of up to 3x what was owed, and my legal fees. Spiggle started me out with educating me on the legal process associated with employment law followed by an assessment of my case. it informed me of related issues and did not pressure me to cotract with them. Beware the law firm. Multiple errors in my case document. They take your money and don’t deliver an end result. They criticized me for missing phone calls and having a delayed response yet it took them 3 month, with multiple extensions. Very unprofessional, firm doesn’t respond in a timely manner. Waste of money. Beware
