The store has no wheel chair or stroller access and refused to issue a refund on old, dusty, out of shape but expensive baskets that someone had to walk in and purchase on my behalf because I could not access the store with so much in the doorway. The minute after my daughter existed the store to show me the purchase, I said no they are too old but the staff member refused a refund and said she didn't know how to do refunds. The slightly bulky man was extremely rude — not sure if he was the boss or what. I went in with my balloon and asked if he could inflate it. He said yes and gave me a price, but while he was blowing it up, he started rolling his eyes at me, looking all annoyed. Honestly, paying for this kind of attitude felt ridiculous! Even if my kid was bugging me to buy something, I wouldn’t expect to be treated like that. It seemed like he was making the other employees miserable too.
