Excellent service. I ordered the Torres chips and Suzie went above and beyond to help me with my order. Great team and I will definitely be purchasing from here again.
Ordered 6 tins of Codesa anchovies, all of which were expired. When I emailed them about it, "Sacha" responded back to me weeks later saying he will give me a refund then never did. Quite possibly the worst service I ever received from a local store. A shame, really.
Excellent food, and excellent service. I was sent a few cans which were dented in transit, and they immediately offered to re-send them. The speed and friendliness was much appreciated, especially considering they were holiday gifts. five stars
I absolutely loved the quality of the goods that I received from the Spanish Store. Everything was packaged securely and arrived on time. Not to mention the personal touches, like the cute card thanking me for my purchase. My favourite product was the 1881 Olive oil; it was rich, smooth, full of flavour and great in all my meals. The service that the Spanish Store provides to its customers exceeded my initial expectations - I will certainly be placing more orders!
