I'm going to give my honest opinion here. My husband had bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. I've been twice now. Both times I've had an eyebrow and upper lip wax. Eyebrows have been fie but I simply require a tidy up. My shape etc. is already perfect. The upper lip. Boy is that a different story. First time when removing the strip it was pulled too lightly thus causing unnecessary pain. I prefer my wax experience to have muscle and a firm touch. Just had my 1st appointment here! I'm very new to waxing, only done it a couple times at home myself, only my legs and back, but I decided to jump right in and get a brazillian + full leg wax for my first professional appointment. The facilities and wait room are very clean anywhere you look!
