Really awesome place. I went for an intro session - red light therapy (15 minutes); followed by breath work class w Joseph. The red light therapy is the highest grade panels. I was able to stretch my arms and lift my knees. It’s in a closed space (vs lying down in a machine). The breath work class was something new for me! Likely very healthy - good mind body exercise. They have different packages as well. Seems like a special staff and place.
Excellent except sometimes sauna is full
They have a very clean professional place run by very nice people. Between the breath work, red light therapy, sauna, and cold plunge (several with many dif temps and even a hot tub). I love making it part of my daily routine.
Great place for Sauna- Cold plunge life style, great for poping in anytime
