The place is fine, but I would appreciate it if staff asked for my permission before recording a video of me in a bikini using their cold plunge.
I was introduced to The Space by a friend and had the most amazing Breath work class with Joseph Anthony, which took my on an incredible introspective journey that I didn't expect or know was possible ❤️. After that I did the cold plunge a few times, that too was amazing and invigorating 💙. The Space also offers Yoga classes, Red light therapy and Saunas...I look forward to more visits and highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Top of the line wellness facility. Absolutely spotless. The staff is warm and friendly. The Space was a great place to experience cold plunging for the first time.
