I went for a full massage for the first time in my life. It was such a beneficial experience. Gloria provided great customer service. So friendly and caring. Cristy was so kind and professional. Down to earth ladies. I loved the service here at the Spa Plaza San Antonio!

We had a delightful spa treatment. The spa is located in a quiet old house on the hotel grounds, a beautiful building. It was very quiet and the best types of music for spas were played. We had two masseuses. Jessica and Bianca, we’re both excellent, and very well trained. Both of their treatments for us really hit the hotspots. We have nothing but good things to say about Jessica, Bianca, and Gloria at the front desk they’re friendliness put us in immediate ease, and the massages were very relaxing. It had been a long while since I was treated to a Spa Treatment. Karina gave me an excellent, relaxing pedicure and lovely conversation as well. The front desk ladies ( Avies and Gloria) were helpful and made the effort to schedule me in a narrow window of time if someone canceled. It was a truly blessed time being pampered. Thank you!

Amazing experience. Gloria was so kind and sweet. John who did my message was amazing, felt so great afterwards. Will defiantly come back when I’m back in town. All around great service, highly recommend.
