I brought my daughter here for her 7th birthday, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Irish checked us in and was so pleasant and welcoming, making sure my daughter had a steamed kitty robe waiting for her and tea in the lounge; she truly felt like a little lady. She enjoyed a facial followed by a manicure and pedicure, and every step was handled with such care and attention. The spa is extremely overpriced for very basic treatments. Their rescheduling policy is unreasonable — you’re essentially charged 50% just to move an appointment. There’s no flexibility, even for loyal customers. The first visit felt welcoming, but during my second visit the staff was noticeably less friendly. I was also overcharged despite having pre-booked specifically to receive a discount, which was disappointing. Overall, the pricing and customer service don’t match the experience.
Wonderful experience, Amy was great. The place was very clean and very accommodating, staff was very professional.
