Beautiful spa with accommodating and professional staff. Terrific amenities in a very relaxing atmosphere.
I had a Swedish massage with Sophia, and she was absolutely amazing! My body felt so heavy when I came in, and was light as a feather when I left. The front desk was friendly and the changing room was very clean. The robes and slippers were very clean and comfortable. After the massage, I spent some time in the quiet lounge, and honestly would’ve just slept for hours in there. Overall I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back.
I had a really good deep tissue massage—the therapist was skilled and attentive, which is why I’m giving any stars at all. That said, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unprofessional across multiple interactions. Phone calls to schedule were met with curt, impatient responses, and in person, they were dismissive and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued client.
