I've been coming here for several years, specifically for manicurist Ada, who is fabulous. Today I also had an eyebrow wax. As we headed to the waxing room i asked if we could stay on the main floor as my knees were bothering me and I wanted to avoid climbing stairs. Ada accommodated my request but the manager berated her for not going upstairs. I was embarrassed and upset at causing this issue. The manager should never have acted that way because a client's reasonable request was met.

Absolutely amazing for a Spa Day! Came in to destress for my birthday. Iris was super professional and friendly and made my day really special ! Sandy was fantastic for my massage and got all the knots of stress out of my back and shoulders. Michelle was great for mani pedi ! And Amy’s facial was absolutely amazing she took her time , made sure I was comfortable the whole time and left my face glowing at the end. Would highly recommend for a spa day !
