Ada is the best manicurist I’ve had. Her essential pedicure relives and rejuvenates. I go to her for waxing, eyebrows and gel manicures. I been seeing her for almost ten years! She is the best!
My mother and I come here every few months for the BEST facials ! The spa is so clean, everyone there is polite and accommodating! .
I've been coming here for several years, specifically for manicurist Ada, who is fabulous. Today I also had an eyebrow wax. As we headed to the waxing room i asked if we could stay on the main floor as my knees were bothering me and I wanted to avoid climbing stairs. Ada accommodated my request but the manager berated her for not going upstairs. I was embarrassed and upset at causing this issue. The manager should never have acted that way because a client's reasonable request was met.
