Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I called just to ask a simple question, and the woman who answered the phone hung up on me while I was speaking. I was actually standing right outside the business and was planning to come in and spend money there. After being treated with such disrespect, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. They lost a customer simply because of the way they treated me over the phone. Extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I definitely would not recommend this place.
Had a massage with Nicole and a pedicure with Tiffany today and they were both excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and ambiance was very calm and beautiful.
Update 7/25/26 Sandy K. is always stellar. She has amazing energy and worked away all my stress. The entire facility is always spotless and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Update 5/19/25 Sandy K is beyond amazing. She creates a completely serene atmosphere and expertly take away all stress. I always leave feeling the best and most relaxed version of myself. Personnel were all very nice and accommodating Would definitely recommend and return there. Had a facial, massage and mani pedi, all were perfect.
Pedicure was terrible not worth the price. The lady was checked out just kept asking for add ons for money. She came late, soak feet properly, rushed through the whole thing
