Great Place to Relax!!!! – I am a regular client, and I have had nothing but great experiences. The whole entire staff is friendly and customer service friendly. I get mani, and pedicures done regularly here. I also buy gift cards for my friends and they absolutely love them!
Wow a Day Spa on a Military Base Awsome!!!! – I got a flier to the Spa while I was walking around base. And i thought a day spa wow ft Sam is really stepping it up. I went over last Thursday and I had a lot of fun. I had a hour massage and a manicure. When I walked in I was greeted right away. They told me that's It's best to have a reservation and since I didn't they couldn't get me in for my facial right then but they got me in for the massage and mani right away. The Ultimate Experience – My husband started off by checking out there website which was very convenient and easy to book an appointment online but decided to call for more information. The receptionist was very informative and very nice, he was able to book me an appointment for a pkge called the Ultimate Day Spa . One star service; four star prices. – After spending $400 on a package deal, I was left short with the full effect. The manager was not in on a Monday for questioning and would not be available until Wednesday. The set up is squishy and could use a make over. The employers are always too busy to answer questions because they are running around frantically, answering the phones or not answering the phone to process a credit card transaction (using the same line). Go somewhere else – Everything is just so, so. The atmosphere, the look, the equipment and the service. I guess they do have the convenience factor going for them.
Worst place to relax – The worst place to relax. My husband made a reservation for me over the phone on a Special Treatment Package for $100.00. When I got there, the price was $160.00, they offered me a discount of $25.00, plus an upgrade on the pedicure and the facial. I accepted it since it was my birthday and I did not want to continue with the discussion.
