I had an excellent experience at The Spa Day Retreat in Kanata. Meeka, the aesthetician, delivered an outstanding facial and massage. I urge you to book with Meeka. She clearly puts 100% into everything providing a nemorable experience from start to finish. The spa's ambiance was elegant, making for a truly relaxing stay. I will be back!
The lady doing my pedicure was super sweet, which I really appreciated. However, the pedicure itself was just mediocre, and the place could definitely use some updates. The chair was uncomfortable, which made it hard to fully relax.
It was my first time at this spa. The Holy Grail massage was amazingly done by Meeka. I recommend it. The place is clean and cozy. The customer's service was professional and friendly. I'll go back for sure.
