My first experience was calling to inquire about some services, and then today, to pick up a gift certificate. Sabrina (at the front desk) was absolutely lovely, patient and kind, as was the lady I spoke to initially last week over the phone, when inquiring about a treatment. I haven’t even had a treatment done here yet but felt it warranted a positive review just from my first interaction. Looking forward to booking an appointment soon. Pros It's a beautiful building. Lovely atmosphere. Cons The pedicure was very disappointing, especially considering the price. My feet do not look or feel like I just went to the spa at all. I have had better pedicures from a nail bar for a fraction of the price.
