One word - AMAZING! My husband and I got a Couples Massage. We added on: Hot Stones & Scalp Massages. I also added a Foot Scrub. We have had numerous massages. These were either the best, or nearly the best! We will definitely book massages again the next time we stay at Biltmore.
From the moment I arrived I was treated to a five star experience. The front desk manager was thoughtful, kind, attentive and made great recommendations to enhance my service. The spa environment is lovely, great energy and warm, inviting decor. Toni provided my facial service, she was knowledgeable, talented and my skin feels and looks amazing. Matthew was professional and courteous with clients ahead of me. Linda, message therapist, was wonderful. She was very skilled, courteous and pleasant. You are able to smell sample options for fragrances and given a list of services with prices, so you can make an informed choice. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
