Very disappointed. My daughter& I had booked facials& wrap/ massage a month in advance and confirmed the week if. Appt was for 10 am. Arrived at 930am to use steam room & change. Was informed due to a-call off they would only be able to provide facials. Was told when mngt came in they would be talking to them about compensation and possibly a gift card. 4 other people who came in over next hour were told their services could not be provided. RecommendedLove this place. It’s truly an escape & a place you can spend a good portion of a relaxing day! I enjoy going about 2 hours before my appointment to visit their gym for a nice workout, then head off into the steam room & shower just in time for my massage of choice. I suggest ending your day there in the relaxation room where you can sip on champagne while enjoying the calming atmosphere.
My wife and I received a much needed massage. The lady we had was Alex and she did an amazing job.
The Spa at Yellow Creek never disappoints. Made last minute massage appointments for myself and my husband today. The staff really take care of their guests and the massage therapist do an amazing job!!!

Had a hiccup with one employee, but the staff at this spa did everything they could to not only accommodate me, but to go above and beyond to fix the issue and make my experience awesome. Alex was amazing and I was beyond pleased with the customer service and the great care they gave to me. I had such a relaxing day and I was so happy at the end of it. Thank you so much for your great customer service and going above and beyond to please your clients when there is an issue. I couldn’t have left any happier!!!!!!

10/10 would recommend!! Had my first massage today and it was incredible. The staff was exceptional. Very professional and personable. I’m highly impressed!
