Very disappointed. My daughter& I had booked facials& wrap/ massage a month in advance and confirmed the week if. Appt was for 10 am. Arrived at 930am to use steam room & change. Was informed due to a-call off they would only be able to provide facials. Was told when mngt came in they would be talking to them about compensation and possibly a gift card. 4 other people who came in over next hour were told their services could not be provided.
