Unacceptable Hygiene, Disorganized Service, and Unauthorized Charges My recent visit to Circles of Wellness with a group of friends for a birthday party was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. Highlights: excellent services, water feature in relaxation room Aestheticians: My friend and I went for facials and both of us would rate our treatments at 5⭐️. Natalia was excellent and my friends aesthetician was as well. Staff - 3⭐️took long to check us in, was trying to help another customer on the phone and we had to wait for her while she worked with what seemed to be a frustrated customer over the phone.
