Went for a spa day which only lasted an hour and half. My facial with Tatiana was the only special part of the whole experience. When I got out of my facial there were no lounge chairs to sit and relax. The pool was not set up nicely and certainly not inviting. We had planned to stay most of the day but left after our facials. Will not go back, very disappointing! The only reason I gave any stars was for Tatiana, she’s the only part of the morning and she deserved 5 stars.
I KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND PARIS WAS THE WONDERFUL WOMAN THAT MADE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. STARTING OUT WITH KEEPING THIS SURPRISE AND TIMELINES FALL IN PLACE. PLANNING, PHONE CALLS, AND NUMEROUS TIMES OF COMFORTING ME WHILE I WAS EXCITED AND PANICKING THAT I HAD ENOUGH PLANNED TO GIVE MY WIFE AND I THE MOST RELACING, ROMANTIC AND STRESS RELIEVING EXPERIENCE EVER. Underwhelming experience. I went last year for Mother’s day weekend and it was a wonderful experience- this time, not so much. I went with my Mom and we both booked the same service. Her facial lasted 15 mins longer than mine and included more than mine did. Won’t be returning.
Went with two girlfriends to celebrate our birthdays and we all got pedicures. The spa facility and ambiance is amazing, with a wonderful relaxation room, clean and tidy locker room and two BEAUTIFUL pools to enjoy. My girlfriends and I got pedicures and they were extremely thorough, amazing massage, and not rushed. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Paul is amazing. Fabulous from start to finish and cannot recommend this place enough. It was my first time here, and I cannot wait for my next visit!
