I had a deep tissue/ therapeutic massage by Emily and could not have been more satisfied with her skill and technique. I usually find hotel spas to be over priced for the quality of service provided but that was not all the case! Emily provided firm pressure as requested and was in tune with my body and able to work out the knots in my muscles without me having to say anything. Emily was both professional and attentive and I highly recommend her for a therapeutic massage!
What I like about this place is that they ensure you are with the right person. My first LMP and I didn’t click - and after respectfully discussing with the manager, I had the best massage from Virgil. If you prefer someone who will treat you like a wonderful human being, please ask for him. Virgil is extremely in-tuned to his client - absolutely. I had a 50-minute massage with Marlin and it was absolutely the best massage I've ever had! Incredible professionalism, care, technique and communication. Marlin was above and beyond with every detail and is absolutely wonderful!
My daughter and I had 80 minute amazing massages with Ms. Luz and Elizabeth respectively. Beautiful spa, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end, including booking over the phone. I highly recommend, and we appreciate the pleasant and professional service from Brian, the spa manager, and the front desk reception.
