One star only. The spa is beautiful and staff were nice. However, $375 for a 55 min "massage" is outrageous. Especially for the lack of service received. The therapist basically rubbed lotion on my back and extremities for 55 minutes, not addressing the any of the areas of issue for me (shoulders, neck, hips, back) that were discusses prior. My husband and I were highly disappointed by our experience here. No couples massages available. Purchased individual massages for ourselves - 75 min each - $325 each. Aside from the sauna, the amenities are lacking. No private spa pool. The snacks in the lounge were pretzels and apples. The actual massages we both individually received were lacking as well. Had a brightening facial and a Swedish massage.The facial was amazing and was the first facial I have ever had that actually helped my dark spots to fade .Was also introduced to the phytomer line of products and I was hooked .Got more products.Therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right products. The massage from a different therapist was excellent too she used pressure and helped ease out all my sore spots Overall great experience
