I booked a prenatal registered massage and was expecting a bit more than what I received. It didn't feel very professional compared to the prenatal RMT appointments I have been receiving regularly. What was really weird was that the front desk asked for a tip when I went to pay. I'm from BC and RMTs never ask and are not allowed to ask for tips. I reluctantly tipped but I still feel extremely uncomfortable about it.
My whole day was improved as I was greeted by extremely professional staff, particularly Ashley. My entire experience was seamlessly smooth and enjoyable. Will certainly be returning as I value customer service and staff with genuine intentions. Felt very welcome and taken care of.
Manicure is well overpriced for what you get. I swear it was so much better years ago. Hands did not soak, it was a quick dip in the water and that was it. The employees complained about management change and perks they no longer received with new management. For the 30 minutes we weee there most of the discussion was about this. Honestly, no one wants to hear this when you’re at a spa, trying to relax. Super unprofessional.
The Old Mill is in desperate need of extensive renovation. Easter Brunch was passable! If the plate sizes get any smaller, it will be impossible to put food on! It is an unfriendly and rushed atmosphere! They want you in and out! The cost is expensive! I want something for it!
