I was a guest in the spa at the Laura Hotel yesterday, 5/11 for Mother’s Day, and my experience was extremely underwhelming. My fiancé got me an 80 minute massage with hot stones that cost $300, and it was 100% not worth it. I had a male provider (I cannot remember his name) and the entire massage just felt like I was getting lathered in massage oil, an excessive amount, not actually getting a massage with learned technique. Carmen is the best at the laura spa ! The manager was so nice and welcoming.. the vibes the Prosecco the relaxation is just a vibe !!! Will definitely be back thank you
Carmen is an absolute magician with her hands! I’ve come to the Laura Spa twice now and had the pleasure of having Carmen work out my tension. I’ve been also dealing with a sciatic nerve issue and she’s been the only one to help me work that out to a point where I left feeling relief! She is thorough and I love that she asks about specific areas and the pressure points. The Laura spa is a cute and quaint sized spa which is perfect for quiet and relaxing service. I’ll be back to see Carmen again very soon!
Carmen was incredible and skilled. Will book a longer massage if able next time! Staff and facilities overall were comfortable and welcoming. Would recommend!
