I called a week before to book a 60min massage appointment as I was travelling out of province. When I arrived 15 mins before my appointment time, they informed me that I did not have an appointment and that they were double booked. This is extremely disappointing, as I called a week before and was looking forward to the appointment. Additionally in the middle of the conversation of confusion, the lady said “whoever called you back must have NOT completed the booking and likely got distracted. Closed on the days we were interested
My sisters and I planned a getaway for one night and selected the Inverary Resort based on location and the spectacular scenery. We were also interested in a place that offered a spa package. The Resort itself was a beautiful place to stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located above the pool area and spa. We enjoyed paddleboarding on the lake and an incredible meal at the Lakeside restaurant. Our server even picked fresh mint to add to our mojitos!
