My experience at the spa was absolutely excellent! I had a gel pedicure with Dana, and OMG—she was amazing! From the moment I sat down, I felt completely relaxed. The conversation, the laughs, and the overall experience were truly exceptional. I literally could not stop smiling! If you're thinking about booking an appointment, please ask for Dana—you will not regret it! She is so warm, welcoming, and incredibly talented. Thank you so much, Dana! Dana was kind, professional, and incredibly meticulous. She took her time throughout my appointment, paying close attention to every detail. It's clear she cares about the quality of her work and doesn't rush her clients. That said, the appointment was longer than I anticipated, and the overall cost was much higher than I'm used to paying. Also, I'm surprised that parking isn't validated.
Initially I scheduled an appointment on the website and the system had some form of glitch that required me to cancel the appointment and reschedule for the time slot that the system did not allow me to select the first time I went on the website. I called multiple times, and there was no one who answered my call so I left multiple messages and did not receive a return phone call from anyone.
