The services I received was exceptional.
This is the first time I have had to leave a review like this for this establishment. I was here for a pedi appointment on a Saturday morning and was also treating my aunt to a massage for her birthday (which was a few days prior). Upon being greeted by a front desk receptionist which I had never encountered before, I gave her my aunts name for her massage appointment. I went to massage but the lady didn’t do it nothing, I call the manager if can re-do it she said No, is to expensive the massage for just go for nothing. I got in Groupon for less money I was much better. I never I buy another massage in this place.
Great and pleasant experience! Essence was very professional. She checked on me throughout the massage and explained the details of the service. After the session, she gave me recommendations on how to continue self care. I will definitely come again!
Very nice relaxation room - I recommend going early to enjoy. Great pedicure!
