I've been trying to call this place for a massage and have left multiple messages over the past few days, but no one has returned my calls. We'll just go somewhere else.
Linda at the front desk was courteous, cheerful, and very helpful to me as a first-timer at the Spa. Kandis did my manicure and pedicure and she made my experience so relaxing that i fell asleep! she was warm, professional, meticulous, and did a beautiful job. Cordelia was professional, kind, and talked me through the whole process and did an immaculate job. i am overall very pleased with the services, quality, and friendliness from the staff.
We visited the Spa for an after Christmas outing. My facial with Gabrielle was 10 out of 10! And my daughters thoroughly enjoyed their massages with Essence. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful experience. every one was so gracious!
