I took my daughter to the spa for her birthday. Initially parking was a nightmare. Multiple gates, very little direction, minimal signage. We were forced to valet (which luckily was validated at the spa). Front desk staff were lovely. Greeted us and gave us the tour. Changing rooms well equipped. Waited briefly for our facials. Our experience was mixed. We booked three services online before traveling to SC: two different facials (each over $175) and a manicure with an add-on of champagne. We actually ran into the owner at the resort the day before our appointments who generously promised mimosas when we arrived at the spa. The facility is new and beautiful but the service is not ideal. Upon arrival we were not offered any mimosas - although the owner was the person who checked us in. My partner and I treated ourselves to their couples 1-hour massage on February 14, 2026, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. Oggy He did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend my neck feels 10 years younger after 30 mins with him.
I had an amazing massage from Oggy at the spa. He obviously has a deep understanding of muscles and anatomy. The massage combined the best parts of therapeutic and relaxing massages. I’d give 10 stars of that was an option!
