UPDATE- I left feedback with the Spa and was happy to hear that they appreciated the feedback and will make sure to have more training with the individual to address my concerns. Having a company/team that cares about your service is hard to find these days. Very Impressed with the Mgmt. As a local, I have visited this spa many times since it opened and have always been very pleased with the amazing front desk staff and the treatments I have received. However, I visited again recently and was very disappointed with the furniture in the locker room and outside area. Torn and stained furniture everywhere as well as the locker room looked very worn down with broken tiles, etc. The pool was dirty with lots of bugs in it.
