My facial was great however they do try to upsell you on the spot ahead of your facial by $100 over original service booked. Was not made aware that with facial purchase you had access to the spa amenities for the day but since my appt was at the end of the day they offered me privileges to use the following day as well. I dont think i would personally bother with a purchase of a day pass to use the zero gravity chairs, sauna, plunge pool, shower etc as to me these areas were less of a value/a bit underwhelming than many oth... read more
I really enjoyed my visit. The spa was clean, relaxing, and had so many great amenities. Jade was my massage therapist, and she did an excellent job. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I came with a group, and the staff made all of us feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back!

I took my daughter to the spa for her birthday. Initially parking was a nightmare. Multiple gates, very little direction, minimal signage. We were forced to valet (which luckily was validated at the spa). Front desk staff were lovely. Greeted us and gave us the tour. Changing rooms well equipped. Waited briefly for our facials.
