Had a wonderful 50 minute massage - one of the best I’ve had. Men’s locker room has just about everything you would need. Robe, slippers, steam room, hot tub, sauna, cold rainfall shower, premium men’s grooming products. The coed relaxation room before the massage was great. Coconut water, hot tea, dozens of rustic seating options with blankets and a great view. I enjoyed a quick nap in there after my massage. Helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities. Steam room is great. The shared sanctuary is wonderful. Grabbing at Alpine afterward is great too!
I had an amazing time on the sanctuary, such a nice view and calm feeling, that’s all I can say it was outstanding. I had a relaxing massage and a scalp and hair therapy, neither was special or to the level of the r price paid. BTW the gratuity will be added and you can’t negotiate, that’s wrong as gratuity supposed to be related to the quality of service received.
The customer service was far below acceptable standards.
One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had! I had Raven as my massage therapist and I left feeling extremely refreshed. The waiting room is beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend.
