My experience with the Spa At The Park Lane has ended with complete rudeness. When I began going there I thought this place was the Best in Buffalo - had Tammy the owner as masseuse - she is excellent. I even purchased their Eminence products. I also agree with reviews that state other services are not tip top :( But as other reviews have stated, scheduling is a nightmare .. Wow! I have been going to Tami for a massage on a weekly basis since last year. She is amazing, she still surprises me with new techniques all the time. I have started getting my hair cut there too & now Tami even has me going for a pedicure every so often so I can have Beth remove my ingrown toe nails(ouch)! Everyone there is so nice and the salon is beautiful, Tami & her husband Carl did a stunning job designing the place. You will definitely feel pampered while you're there!
