Wow. Best spa experience I’ve had. I stayed at the Hyatt whilst my husband was at a conference there. I booked the Soul Retreat having had a stressful year being diagnosed with and treated for breast cancer. Mary was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience really special and relaxing for me. I can’t recommend the spa enough. Thankyou for a lovely afternoon.
An absolutely terrible experience, has not met the expectations whatsoever. I decided to spend my birthday at this spa, thinking I would get world-class service. But, eventually, all I got was disappointment. I didn’t get anything from the staff for my birthday, and they wouldn’t even allow me to go out on the terrace to see the view since the roof access is reserved for hotel guests… there are no pools, saunas or jacuzzi. In the changing rooms, there are no make up removal kits, no hair bands, no combs and no body lotions. ... read more
