I have been visiting the Park Hyatt Sydney Spa for many years and have had countless massages there over that time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the reason I have decided I won't be returning. What made Park Hyatt stand out in the past was the exceptional level of professionalism, tranquillity and attention to detail. An amazing experience. We had a couple massage and it was the best I’ve ever had. Well done to the team for a great experience from the moment you enter the spa.
Very disappointing, won’t be coming here again anytime soon. The whole spa experience felt extremely rushed! The lack of time given before the commencement of our massage as well as the limited time given after our massage spoilt the overall experience, mind you, the massage itself was below average.
