My husband & I centered our honeymoon around the Spa (stayed in a spa suite at OEI & booked services for each day we were there.) Definitely the right decision for us— such a relaxing trip!! I recently visited the Old Edwards Inn & Spa in Highlands, NC for a friend’s bachelorette weekend, eager to experience its renowned reputation. Unfortunately, my spa experience was disappointing, and the service did not meet expectations for a high-end facility. From the moment we checked in, the service felt unprofessional.
