My husband & I centered our honeymoon around the Spa (stayed in a spa suite at OEI & booked services for each day we were there.) Definitely the right decision for us— such a relaxing trip!! I recently visited the Old Edwards Inn & Spa in Highlands, NC for a friend’s bachelorette weekend, eager to experience its renowned reputation. Unfortunately, my spa experience was disappointing, and the service did not meet expectations for a high-end facility. From the moment we checked in, the service felt unprofessional. I been there for a special facial and the service was great, the sauna the pool all the staff is so great special Dany all the staff very kind and friendly thank you so much.
I would give the spa 3 to the massage therapists because the cactus’s massage was ok but the rest to the whole experience left such an awkward impression I’m leaving it at a 1. It was my husband’s birthday and I called ahead and asked if there was anything they could do to make it special and they said they would for sure do something.
