Lovely experience today, The staff were very accommodating (with myself being nearly 30mins late to my appointment). Well priced, relaxing, very experienced masseuse. Would definitely recommend and return to The Spa at Oaks Resort
Absolutely loved my facial + foot massage. Can’t thank Maron enough for fitting 4 of us in at such late notice! We all really enjoyed our different treatments. Such a great way to end our holiday!
BE WARNED! The manager Manon is highly unprofessional and completely disrespectful. On our recent stay at the Oaks Resort I booked in for a treatment at the spa and paid 50% deposit. Due to the water being cut off I checked out of the resort and cancelled my treatment appointment. I was charged for the full treatment fee of $180. The spa said that I could still have my treatment unshowered as the staff are also unshowered due to the water being disconnected at the resort.
