Not worth it, complete hole in the wall,
Yeah for sure this place has gone down in not just services but customer service. I feel for the clerks in the front who basically are being spoken to rudely and the managers are not to be seen. The place appears to have a place to be. But now, maybe due to covid times, it just lost its shine. The place needs more employees and I assume with our pandemic programs better for employees to stay home make more money than to come to work. Again, the place looks shabby. If I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would. We just drove 4 hours only to be told they canceled our reservation without even CALLING US. They had zero empathy or sympathy and offered no help even finding someone else comparable in the area. Major let down.
