Completely not cooperative related to cancelling an appointment. Charged me and then told me they would refund and never did so
We returned to Hotel 1000 in part because this spa is so wonderful. Ample availability, professional staff, high end products make it easy to book a session. The manager obviously loves what she does and has made both of our appointments special by anticipating and caring for small details to add luxury to our time - heated masks, extra time in the sauna, tea, bath salts for the room…. My only regret is we didn’t book a longer session.
This is a great spa and staff. Emily was fabulous and made this a wonderful treat for us. I felt comfortable and she relieved my stress and fatigue from all of my walking and sightseeing in Seattle. They had a private sauna when we were finished.
I recently visited a spa and indulged in their massage, body scrub, and facial services, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The massage was deeply relaxing and expertly done.
