Myra and Brenda are great! Beautiful spa.
Poor customer service. Hotel front desk said Cabana rental is through Elian Spa. It’s my birthday today i rented a cabana by the pool but it’s bad weather and I called Elian Spa and asked the cancellation policy she wouldn’t tell me and she was super rude! No help at all.
Entire staff was really nice , all areas were clean and fully stocked. Service was amazing.
