5 stars because Patrick , my massage therapist was that amazing. I get regular massages back home and Patrick is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. Great pressure and technique. Facility is clean, but isn’t what I would consider a spa. They offer showers, but no tools to get ready after a shower (no brushes, blow dryers, ect) that other Caesars property spas have. Daphne was a wonderful messeuse and it was one of the best head and neck messages I’ve had. She was quiet and professional. The only negative was the loud overhead announcements throughout my message calling drawing winners to present themselves within 5 minutes, then a 2 minute warning, followed by a follow up announcement of who won and how much. Very distracting when peace and quiet was expected, and the norm during a treatment.
