My first time here, I had came here for my birthday to get a massage & I was impressed with the customers service! Thank you Ashley, Victoria & Micheal at Sea Level for making my day memorable!! I will definitely be back
Our stay started off a little rocky as we were given a room on the 2nd floor with no view, a musty smell, an outdated bathroom, and we were awoken at 8:00 am by the sound of drilling & construction noise. The next morning, I requested a room with a better view, and the front desk staff kindly accommodated my request. Our new room was beautiful & the view was gorgeous. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Marriott Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale, and I had an amazing experience. My mom, Ms. Lunice, works there, and she gave me the best facial I've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and her customer service was top-notch, making me feel relaxed and well taken care of. The spa itself was stunning—clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Amazing Staff! They were so polite Ms Cecile, Nika, Ronnie were very welcoming ! They made me feel amazing. All the other employees were nice and polite. Mrs Lunice was very patient and kind and i will definitely be back soon.
Very nice and accommodating to my needs 10/10 must try again
