I loved my day at the spa! The facial and the massage were wonderful! I did the full package which also included two beverages and a sweet treat. The facial was definitely the highlight as it included light massage and a golden mask to seal in the moisturizers. There are only 2 improvements that would've given this 5 stars. The polish is not gel and even though I was very careful my polish and nail chipped within 2 days despite the tech saying it should last 2 weeks. This happened on both my mani and pedi. I had my first Botox treatment on one of the Med Spa Mondays, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! As a first-timer, I was a little nervous, but Dr. Adlakha made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to go over all my areas of concern, explained the process thoroughly, and was very transparent about pricing - no surprises! This was my fourth pedicure at The Spa and it never disappoints. You pay a bit more for the ambiance….you do NOT feel like you are in Canton, Ohio. I have had four different nail technicians and each has been very good. They are friendly and very capable. The polish they use us favulous! It is not gel but wears and lasts like a gel polish. The glass of wine, fruit and chocolates are a lovely touch. This is also a great place to buy a gift card for someone you love.
This spa is wonderful. I've had 2 massages here over the last 2 day-after-Christmases. I recommend to everyone I know in the area. Customers should know staff will ask that you pay a 20% gratuity as you check out. I dropped a star because I think gratuity should be transparent up front when booking and not sprung on customers after the service when they are about to leave. Otherwise, wonderful experience and will come back.
