Great place, highly recommend! I took my wife to Gervasi for her birthday. Its was extremely nice! We started at the Cave, and it was over the top nice! A must do at Gervasi. Afterwards, we ate at the Bistro and the food was fantastic and the customer service was over the top! Gervasi has great customer service in all their areas, from the Gift shop to the Spa, to Guest Services, all top notch! We highly recommend Gervasi!!!
What a beautiful place
I purchased a spa package as a gift for my wifes birthday. The staff at the front desk were cold, heartless and rude to my wife. My wife left crying, not getting her massage. Afterwards, they charged her card for leaving. I am not happy! Update: I visited customer service at GV and they assured me Brooke would call my wife. Also, was messaged from Google that the owner was notified, well as Brooke was going to be contacting my wife. This was last week, and still have not heard back. I loved my day at the spa! The facial and the massage were wonderful! I did the full package which also included two beverages and a sweet treat. The facial was definitely the highlight as it included light massage and a golden mask to seal in the moisturizers. There are only 2 improvements that would've given this 5 stars. The polish is not gel and even though I was very careful my polish and nail chipped within 2 days despite the tech saying it should last 2 weeks. This happened on both my mani and pedi.
