The spa itself is wonderful. The waiting area and the robe all made me feel very pampered, as was the wine and snacks. However I ordered a 50 minute massage, add on facial and add on peppermint scalp. I was in and out in 55 minutues which included changing time, so I felt cheated after spending 238.00 which was reduced by a 30.00 coupon. There was no facial performed. I had a very disappointing experience at the spa on 9/27. Melissa (spa manager) treated me so unprofessionally. I was told prior to coming over the phone that dip nails were ok to have on- they could handle that. Once I got there, I was scolded by the manager and treated like a toddler. Even though someone gave me incorrect information who is part of her staff, she never apologized or tried to make it right. I was made to feel like an idiot. The entire massage I kept thinking about my glass of wine I didn't get to help me relax for the experience, at a winery! . Literally, 8 minute arrival after the 30 minute suggested time & all I got was aggravated while waiting to relax with a massage. The check-in personal needs training. I had a luxurious experience getting the classic massage package with Danielle. It was such a sweet coincidence that for my birthday massage I got a massage therapist with my same name and zodiac sign. ✨️🤩 The package was impressive; it included a drink of choice (I got the bellini), snacks/refreshments in the lounge, and a cute gift bag with travel size spa items. I could have spent all day there!
Nice place but because if you walk out next to someone they might charge you for the other persons spa treatment. I when there on 9/7/2025 looking to spend $180 but when I left I was next to a friend and they charged me for her treatment too. They charged me $451.23 more then double I was supposed to spend
