A good place for a facial. Don't believe the negative reviews here. Anytime someone mentions "groupon" you know they are cheap and hard to please because they want something for cheap or nothing. Which is the main reason people give bad reviews in this business, they cant get away with cheating hard working small business owners.
Well let’s talk about awful customer service! Several years back when we moved to Evergreen my husband purchased a Groupon for a set a facials with The Spa at Evergreen and Lisa Cave. This year, my sister gave me a Groupon for an appointment with Lisa for another facial. The Groupon states one per person however, there is a clause that says the person may not have been in the Spa for the past six months. I will be rate neutral due to not being a customer, but based on their response to the most recent review, I am inclined to recommend ANY other spa over this one. It is very disappointing to be planning a trip and see a business you were planning on using be so rude and unprofessional towards its clients. ): It is clear they do not want new business, so do not bother! Very Very disappointed, but will enjoy my trip anyways since, as they point out, there are many others qualified in the area.
