The spa at Chatham Bars Inn is beautiful, with an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, tucked away in a zen garden with beautiful flowers, birds and even a few bunnies hoping about. Inside a sauna, steam showers, hair bar and high end tools a cozy relaxation room featuring teas and fruit-infused water. The staff keep everything tidy and inviting. I wanted to share my side of the experience after my cousin left a review about their less than favorable time here at the spa last week. A couple of days before the services were rendered, the headache had already begun. I called to leave my credit card on file to pay for my mother’s service. That’s all. Should’ve been that simple. I had an Ocean Massage that was amazing! Very relaxing after a long travel day. The amenities were amazing and everything clean.
Unfortunately my experience was not as wonderful as other reviewers. I visited the spa with 3 in our party and services were okay. My massage was good. It wasn’t anything to write home about. My aunt had a facial and said she got the bare minimum effort. She did not receive a scalp massage or facial massaging. She felt as if they slapped some product on her face and called it a day. The Spa ar Chatham Bars Inn was a destination that I wanted to enjoy so much with my husband on the Cape. We booked a side by side massage with aromatherapy a few weeks prior to our arrival and confirmed on the phone that the total would be around than $500. I wanted to surprise my husband for our wedding anniversary. We had a few schedule changes and they was professional and accommodating.
