I had the most relaxing and restorative weekend at this spa. I showed up run down from the lack of sun and nature over this brutal winter, looking to reconnect with myself. Every single staff member was incredible and made me feel so pampered every chance they got. Suzanne and Alena went above and beyond to squeeze in treatments for me last minute without batting an eye. Just got back from a weekend staying in the spa suites - the room was incredible and relaxing. We had a massage booked early on Saturday to make the most of our day while in town. My partner and I both had subpar experiences. Speaking to my experience, the massage therapist seemed not formally trained and/or too tired.
