Very poor all around. More of a free for all leisure centre rather than a spa, extortionate prices

Myself and a friend booked an overnight spa break. i must start off by saying i cannot fault the spa at all. All staff were very polite. Facilities were immaculate. Bathsheba was extremely informative and the massage itself was excellent. After back and forths we had to request the manager to enquire about pool access which was simple enough, just sign the sheet. I was stood in front of said sign in sheet where one of the staff reception told me to “get out of the way” because a man needed to sign in. She was incredibly rude... read more
Giving a 5 star for one reason only which is Jodie who was on the spa reception when we arrived. The hotel itself was okay but areas seem a little tired and in need of a revamp.
