I had an incredible massage with Dominick this week ! He was so friendly and professional. He truly listened to my issues and seemed to really care about helping. I felt like a new person leaving!
This resort is beautiful! We had a couples massage. We felt a little rushed, even though we came on a Monday afternoon. I had a good experience as a “first-timer”. My husband, thought it was underwhelming.
Unfortunately my group did not see the small print details on our intake email to arrive 20-30 min prior to our service appointment. We arrived 15 minutes prior but had an extremely hard time finding the spa entrance once we arrived at Bear Creek. This was our first time at Bear Creek so we were not prepared for the size of the property. We finally found the spa entrance about 5 minutes prior to our service time. Had a massage with Elaine and it was absolutely amazing! She seriously works magic. It was hands down one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you’re booking a massage, I highly recommend requesting Elaine. You won’t regret it!
Extremely disappointing experience — especially regarding accessibility. I brought my daughter to the spa at Bear Creek for a facial, expecting it to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, I was told that I needed to carry my daughter up an entire flight of stairs because there was apparently no other option. I questioned the staff member and said, “This really isn’t very handicap accessible.
