I have reached out to the spa manager multiple times since January and never heard back regarding the bridal hair and make contract she sent me that she never put the prices in, nor on whether or not they offer any bride/groom massage packages. She was incredibly difficult to reach to begin with. I've even spoken to other staff who promised to have her call me. She never did. One of my best friends and I frequent this spa, and we are very disappointed to learn that they have recently had a 30% markup in pricing for massages. That seems excessive.
I recently had a spa day here and it really was an amazing day here. The staff was very friendly and the place was really nice. I love that they have a steam room, hot tub and heated pool. The weather was rainy and yet it just cleared up to unwind after my treatments in the hot tub. They were totally cool with being in the hot tub even if it was raining. I am so deeply disappointed in bear creek spa. This is my favorite place on earth. I carve out the budget and the time once a month to go get a massage by an angel named Brayden. It is already a stretch for me to spend $100 for a 50 minute massage but I knew that it was worth it because of how I felt when I was done. Today I found out that they are raising their prices by FIFTY PERCENT. A 50 min Swedish massage went from $100 to $150.
