I just tried to book an appointment and they said there was no availability for the specific day that I requested, but there was availability 2 days later. So I emailed back and go no response. They ended up going ahead with my original request, without my consent or without my knowledge. I was then put on their mailing list and I had to call to get things straighten out. I will never go there.
I had an excellent experience with Crystal B! I came in with persistent shoulder pain and tension from long hours at a desk, and after just one session, I felt a noticeable difference. I got a facial done by Michelle at the spa. Her and Gloria were so wonderful to work with. The space was so relaxing from the waiting room to the massage room. I give Michelle 5/5 stars, she explained what everything did that she used on me, her techniques were so relaxing. I felt very at ease the whole time I worked with her! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends, and I’ll be recommended Michelle for facials !! Book it, you’ll have no regrets !
