Got a pedicure, toe was cut during pedicure, infection requiring 2 antibiotics began the following morning. Management handled very poorly. We ultimately got a full refund for our visit, (after threatening legal action).
Exceptional experience that is client centered! Cleveland has a new BIG fan!
The nicely appointed spa is clean and quiet with nice amenities- tea coffee snacks etc. I had a hot stone deep tissue massage. Therapist BLynn was very very good. Great pressure and technique and nice sequencing onto next body area. I highly recommend booking with her!! Desk staff were also very kind and attentive. Thank you!!
My name is Earl I made a appointment with this company and hands down it was 1 of the best visit ever, I was treated as if I had all the money in the world Rosie took her time and treated me like royalty thanks again for everything and I'll be back for sure.
