Worst AND most expensive manicure I’ve ever had in my life. I had a light gel overlay and when she tried to remove them was very hard on my nail with the file , making my nail bed red and still sore many hours later (never had this in my life) also my cuticles were over done and raw skin is there and burning. Nail techs were lovely girls to chat but no idea what they were doing, they are lovely people and environment was relaxing  but don’t come here for any beauty service

I have been a devoted customer of this spa for many months. I visited them at least 20 times. The facility is clean, the therapists are wonderful (especially Sara), and they have a sauna. However, I am going to part ways with this spa out of principle. I missed two appointments due to being sick, let the spa know about 12 hours prior (how would you know you will be sick 48 hours before, huh?) Today (I have a fever), I was lectured about 50% charge, and the whole friendliness of they customer experience disappeared. They waiv... read more
