I have been a devoted customer of this spa for many months. I visited them at least 20 times. The facility is clean, the therapists are wonderful (especially Sara), and they have a sauna. However, I am going to part ways with this spa out of principle. I missed two appointments due to being sick, let the spa know about 12 hours prior (how would you know you will be sick 48 hours before, huh?)
