Don’t waste your time with this bank. They do not approve loans for people of color or they give them a hard time. Went right to navy federal and had no issue. They won’t even give you a debit card here. This is my personal experience and other people that I have spoken to about this bank. Maybe others will have better experience with these people. Are there any Foundational Black Americans even employed here?

I had to take an Uber here and I was disappointed that this is not a PUBLIC branch. Please update your directions to inform customers that this is not your “regular” branch.
