Come here if you want terrible Customer Service. The lady with the glasses on was extremely rude, making it seem like I was the problem. Made me feel I could not be assisted even though It was a domestic problem through the bank over charging my card . She gave attitude and shouldn’t be helping anyone in the front with smarty mouth.
Southern Credit Union is one of the worst Credit Union I have ever been apart with. I decide to close our account today because I was fed up with there nonssens. We had them for years and we have been asking to use some of there service car loans mortgage loans they made excuse or not serious about conducting business. My family have all been members for almost 20 years. We were so ecstatic when a closer location was built. I’ve never had any problems, everyone is so sweet, and they treat you like family. There’s almost never any lines and if you need additional help, they will get to you almost immediately. Whenever I bring my fur baby through the drive through they have doggy treats and lollipops for kids. I don’t understand the bad reviews.
I met Jill Barrett, who is the business development specialist for the Southern Credit Union in McDonough, GA in January of this year. Our community, The Canopy at Westridge Senior Living, was brand new neighbors and she welcomed us to the Westridge neighborhood with open arms. Her customer service is excellent and her leadership and being present in the community and representing the Southern Credit Union is outstanding.
