Come here if you want terrible Customer Service. The lady with the glasses on was extremely rude, making it seem like I was the problem. Made me feel I could not be assisted even though It was a domestic problem through the bank over charging my card . She gave attitude and shouldn’t be helping anyone in the front with smarty mouth.
Southern Credit Union is one of the worst Credit Union I have ever been apart with. I decide to close our account today because I was fed up with there nonssens. We had them for years and we have been asking to use some of there service car loans mortgage loans they made excuse or not serious about conducting business.
