I didn’t know what to expect at The Sound Room. Lisa spoke with us before our session began and talked about what we might experience. I was amazed at all the beautiful sounds and feelings that they created. The drum was by far, my favorite! Great vibrations. It is hard for me to let go completely, but I would say I did at The Sound Room. Very relaxing and healing! I highly recommend The Sound Room. I want to go back and I live two hours away. 🙂
