The 9D Breath Work session was unbelievable! I’ve done breath work before and this was on another level. I was able to process some issues that I’ve needed to let go for years. I feel rejuvenated and centered. After the breath work I also did the sound bath and that was the perfect way to integrate.
The BEST sound bath I have ever experienced. I received the feeling of an amazing reset and deep relaxation. Lisa’s musical background helps create the conduit for energy movement in the room that can’t be duplicated. I wish I could do this daily!
Love this space and absolutely loved the sound room, Jack’s breath work is done with such deep intention and love,, And the glorious sound bath - That was the best sound bath experience I’ve ever had! Very private space too, installed with much care. Must experience this! Transformational
